1. Does your hotel offer shuttle service to/from the Airport?
We recommend using Super Shuttle for $19 per person. It comes every 15 minutes and no reservation is needed between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m.

2. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations may be made before 4 p.m. the day of arrival with no charge. After 4 p.m. an overnight charge for room and tax will be implemented.

3. What is the charge for parking?
We offer valet parking for $28 per night. This includes unlimited in and out privileges.

4. What is your early/late check-in policy?
Early check-in is based on availability; late checkout (with approval from the front desk) is at a half day rate from noon to 5pm and a full day for a check out after 5 p.m.

9. What is your pet policy?
There is a $50 non-refundable charge. Dog registration card and proof of rabies shot is required at check-in.
