1. Does your hotel offer shuttle service to/from the Airport?
We recommend using Super Shuttle for $19 per person. It comes every 15 minutes and no
reservation is needed between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m.
2. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations may be made before 4 p.m. the day of arrival with no charge. After 4 p.m. an
overnight charge for room and tax will be implemented.
3. What is the charge for parking?
We offer valet parking for $20 per night. This includes unlimited in and out privileges.
4. What is your early/late check-in policy?
Early check-in is based on availability; late checkout (with approval from the front desk) is at a half
day rate from noon to 5pm and a full day for a check out after 5 p.m.
5. Do your guestrooms have wireless Internet access?
Yes, complimentary wireless Internet access is available in all guestrooms and the lobby in addition
to a business center with two computers and a printer/fax/scanner, available 24 hours.
6. How close is your hotel to the various Denver stadiums and fields?

7. Is there public transportation near the hotel?
Yes, public transit is offered nearby at Market Street Station and Civic Center Station, this is transit

one block from the 16th street pedestrian mall, which offers a free shuttle that runs the length of the
mall and can also be used to get in close proximity to Coors field.
8. What equipment does the fitness center contain?
Recently remodeled, the fitness center offers state-of-the-art Precor equipment including treadmills,
ellipticals, stair masters, free weights, and weight machines.
9. What is your pet policy?
There is a $50 non-refundable charge. Dog registration card and proof of rabies shot is required at
check-in.
